What are medicinal mushrooms?

Adaptogens are a small category of herbs and mushrooms which work to bring balance to the body in a very holistic way. They work like almost like a thermostat. For example, if you have too much of something (like high cortisol levels), it can help bring it down to base level. The word 'adaptogen' refers to the ability of these herbs and mushrooms to help us adapt to physical, environmental and emotional stressors.

Are your mushrooms extracts or powders?

All of our medicinal mushrooms are dual-extracted or hot-water extracted.

Are your mushrooms, herbs and spices organic?

Yes, all our ingredients are 100% organic and ethically sourced. We're in the process of getting certified organic.

Can I take your products every day?

Medicinal mushrooms and adaptogens are generally safe to take every day. Some people choose to have a break every 30 days for a week or so. Always consult a Healthcare Practitioner before taking a new supplement if you are unsure.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, all of our packaging is 100% recyclable. We're working towards making our labels 100% compostable.

Do you offer a refill service for the jars?

Yes! Over the next few months we will be launching our jar refill service in a compostable kraft bag so you can keep your jars forever.

Do you ship to Europe?

Unfortunately, due to Brexit we cannot ship to Europe at this time. But we are working on it - stay tuned!

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently only shipping within the UK.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders of over £50.

Will my order have a tracking number?

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once shipped, you will receive your tracking number.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order should arrive within 1-2 days of ordering.
